Chicken and Dumplings (without the chicken!)

I’ve had Rachel Ray’s Chicken and Dumpling Recipe saved on my computer for awhile, and had no idea what to make for dinner so I figured I’d give it a try.  Since it’s during lent, and tomorrow we won’t be eating meat, I decided to forget about the chicken (although I used chicken broth).  For those who don’t eat meat, you can easily use vegetable broth for this recipe.  The ingredients I used made this version lactose free (as there […]
